What changes takes place in the eyes when an object is brought close to eyes?

Near Reflex Triad - accomodation, pupillary constriction, and convergence. It's a three-part reflex brought into action by looking at a near object: the eyes turn inward, the pupils constrict and the ciliary muscles relax resulting in thickening of the lens.
